I chose In Rome because I wanted to visit the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, which is conveniently located just 1 km from the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the airport pick-up service offered by the hotel. The free breakfast provided to guests was also a highlight of my stay.

Not enough staff, poor service.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated near Termini railway station. This makes it very convenient to access public transportation and explore the city. there are plenty of amenities and attractions close by, allowing guests to easily find everything they need.

The hotel's customer service leaves much to be desired. the staff is unaccommodating and not very helpful, making it a less than pleasant experience.
